Research Participant Information
Participating in market research gives you the opportunity to provide feedback and have your opinions heard. Corona Insights works with government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and private businesses that are trying to improve their products and services. When you participate in research, you are likely chosen from hundreds, if not thousands, of potential respondents. This makes your voice very important as you have been selected to help represent the larger population. Below we include some common frequently asked questions regarding participating in our market research projects. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions or concerns.
FAQ about participating in market research
Where is your office located? Where can I park?
You can view a map of our office as well as parking locations on our website here.
Whom will I interact with from Corona Insights?
Our firm’s staff runs every project. You may visit our staff page to learn more about with whom you may interact with throughout the process.
How do I know if this is legitimate research?
Corona Insights has been conducting market research since 1999. Without a solid reputation among both our clients and research participants, we simply would not be in business today. But don’t take our word for it. You can check our client page for testimonials or the Better Business Bureau to confirm our standing within the industry.
Who is sponsoring this research?
The sponsors of our research can vary from government to nonprofit to business clients. For some studies, we can tell you upfront who is sponsoring the research or it may be unveiled during the research, while other times (to not influence responses) we cannot disclose our client. We only work with clients who want to conduct valid market research and hear your honest opinions. You will not be sold to or otherwise contacted by the client as a result of your participation. You may see our privacy policy for more information.
Can I sign up for future research? Can I refer friends or family?
Each market research project is unique and we find participants through a variety of methods. We do not currently allow for signups as we do not maintain an active panel of participants.
