We’re thrilled to announce that the Boulder Community Hospital is launching an important expansion project, which includes a $125M plan to move their main services to the Foothills campus and consolidate at their other locations. BCH plans to break ground on this state-of-the-art facility in 2012 and be fully operational by 2014. What’s even more exciting is that this decision was informed by careful research and planning.

In Spring of 2008, Corona Insights assisted BCH in a planning process, which included focus groups, a detailed SWOT analysis and a facilitated retreat in order to create a strategic plan for 2009 – 2014. Efficient change and strategic expansion were key themes of the plan and components of their vision for 2014.
