There’s an old adage in business:
“What gets measured gets done.”
Maybe it’s a marketing and advertising campaign. A new program. A branding initiative. Or an internal project to create efficiencies or boost employee retention. Whatever it is, the process of measuring it forces you to be clear and concrete about what you want “it” to accomplish, and that makes it easier for you to find a way to get there.
